Annual Planning Retreat:
To get started, you will complete a pre-session questionnaire to help you focus on your top priorities for your Annual Planning Retreat.
We will meet for a full-day*, diving into a one-on-one intensive analysis of all aspects of your business.
* Five hours, either in-person at a lakeside or conference room setting in Western NY, or virtually via Zoom.
Together we will create your one-year strategic plan along with a timeline and detailed action steps for the upcoming quarter.
At the close of your retreat, you leave with:
Three Quarterly Planning Sessions:
Throughout the year, opportunities and challenges will unexpectedly arise. Your plan for success needs to be fluid to adapt to these changes.
Every quarter, we will meet for two hours* to reassess your business situation and refine your plan so you continue to be on the right path toward achieving your professional vision and dreams.
*Either in-person at a lakeside or conference room setting in Western NY, or virtually via Zoom.

Four Mid-quarter “Keep you on track” coaching sessions
Mid-quarter, every quarter, throughout the year, we will meet virtually for a coaching session to ensure you receive the support, accountability, and resources you need to continue to move forward faster toward your professional goals and vision.
Unlimited support throughout the entire year
If you ever have a question, concern or just need a second set of eyes to help you with your business progress, you have support! Throughout the year, you will be provided with unlimited email coaching support and review of any relevant materials.
