Frequently Asked Questions

Curious about how this all works? You’re in the right place.

Whether you’re exploring coaching for the first time or looking for strategic guidance that actually helps you grow your business and reclaim your time, these are the questions I hear most often from solo business owners.

Who I Work With

My Coaching Approach

Ways to Work With Me

I’ve worked with clients across industries and across the globe, helping them reach major goals like increasing revenue, creating time freedom, and building businesses that reflect their values.

If you don’t see your question here, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to help you figure out what’s right for you and your next stage of growth.

Who I Work With

The people I support are experienced professionals who desire a business that is profitable, runs more smoothly, and supports the life they want to live.

What types of business owners do you typically work with?

I work with established solo service providers like consultants (particularly advisors in the investment, insurance and real estate industries), coaches, creatives, and other professionals who are great at what they do and ready to grow their business in a sustainable way. Many of them launched their business after a traditional career and are now focused on building something that aligns with their life and values.

Do you work with people outside the U.S.?

Yes. While most of my clients are based in the United States, I’ve had the privilege of working with business owners in Canada, Ukraine, Oman, Finland, and Switzerland. Coaching is delivered virtually, which makes it easy to connect no matter where you’re located, as long as our time zones align.

If you’re running a service-based business and the Scattered to Streamlined approach resonates with you, location isn’t a barrier. We’ll find a rhythm that works and tailor our work to your specific goals, culture, and market.

How do I know if I’m ready to work with you?

You’re ready if you’ve been in business for a while and you’re no longer interested in piecing things together on your own. You’ve had some success, but you know things could be running more smoothly. Maybe your time doesn’t feel like it’s your own, your offers aren’t aligned with your goals, or your income has hit a ceiling you can’t quite break through.

You also need to be open to making decisions (even some that are a bit out of your comfort zone), receiving support, and stepping into a more intentional way of running things. I’ll meet you where you are and help you build from there, starting with what’s already working.

Many of my clients say they weren’t sure they were “far enough along” to invest in coaching. What they found was that the real shift came when they stopped trying to do it all alone and gave themselves permission to get support that matched the stage of business they were actually in.

My intention is that the return on your investment makes sense. This work is designed to help you create more revenue, more time, and more satisfaction in your business. Coaching with me is a strategic investment in a business and life that can grow with you.
If you’re motivated to grow, tired of the guesswork, and want a partnership that helps you move forward with focus and ease, then yes – you’re ready. Shall we chat?

What’s it like to work with you?

Clients describe working with me as a mix of focused strategy, kind accountability, and clear-eyed partnership. I bring both business acumen and emotional intelligence to the table. I’ll challenge you when needed, celebrate your wins, and make sure our work stays grounded in what matters most to you. And I promise we’ll have some laughs along the way!

My goal is to create a space where you can make smart decisions, take consistent action, and feel truly supported along the way. You’ll be seen, heard, and encouraged. You’ll also be called forward in ways that help you grow.

My Coaching Approach

Everything I do is rooted in my proprietary Scattered to Streamlined framework, a proven process designed to help you reduce friction and increase focus across your business.

What kinds of results can I expect?

Clients often come to me feeling stretched thin and stuck at a plateau. Together, we shift that. I’ve helped clients:

  • Reach their annual revenue goals in six months or less
  • Increase their income and confidence to buy their dream home years earlier than they expected
  • Streamline systems so effectively, gained back multiple hours each week for travel, hobbies, family, and creative work.
  • Raise their prices, attract better-fit clients, and feel proud of how they show up in their business

These results come from a focused, personalized process. I use the same systems and strategies in my own business. They’re what allowed me to grow Scattered to Streamlined and purchase my dream lake cottage while keeping time in my schedule for the life I want to live.

When we work together, you’re building a business that runs more smoothly, earns more, and gives you room to enjoy what matters most. If you’d like to hear directly what some of my clients have had to say, watch this brief video.

I’m overwhelmed and pulled in too many directions. How do you help with that?

Feeling overwhelmed and/or scattered is one of the biggest reasons clients come to me. We start by looking at where the overwhelm is really coming from, and then walk through my Scattered to Streamlined framework to bring clarity and focus.

• We get grounded in your vision so you know what to say yes and no to.

• We assess your products and services to make sure you’re offering the right things to the right people.

• We simplify your back-end operations so the day-to-day isn’t draining all your energy.

• We make your marketing and sales more focused, more personalized, and tailored to how you naturally connect with your ideal clients.

• We strengthen your financial and personal management so your business supports your life instead of constantly pulling from it.

This process helps you reclaim your time, reduce mental clutter, and finally feel like you’re running your business with purpose instead of putting out fires.

How much time will this take?

The time commitment depends on your goals, your schedule, and the kind of support you’re looking for. We’ll talk about all of that before we decide what working together could look like.

Some clients choose one-on-one support through bi-weekly or monthly sessions, with personalized coaching and accountability between calls to keep momentum going. Others supplement the individual coaching with group coaching and implementation opportunities where they benefit from shared accountability, structured time to take action, and the motivation that comes from being in a community of driven business owners.

No matter the format, the goal is not to add more to your plate. It’s to help you make better use of your time, clear out the noise, and stay focused on what matters most. Many clients find that even just a few hours a month of strategic support leads to major shifts in how they spend their time, what they say yes to, and how they run their business.

If you’re feeling stretched or unsure how you’d “fit this in,” you’re not alone, and that’s a strong sign it’s time to make a change. Together, we’ll create a pace that supports your business and honors your life.

What do you mean by “streamlining” a business?

Streamlining means making your business easier to run, more focused, and more profitable. We do that by walking through five core areas using my Scattered to Streamlined framework. Here’s what that can look like:

Vision and Direction: We clarify where you’re heading so every decision has a purpose. This could mean setting updated revenue goals, redefining success in a way that fits your life, or adjusting your business model so it aligns with your current priorities.

Products and Services: We take a close look at your offers to identify what’s generating income, what’s causing unnecessary stress, and where things might be overlapping or confusing. I’ve worked with clients to eliminate low-value services, raise prices, and focus on the work that lights them up and attracts the right people.

Operations: We simplify how things run behind the scenes. That might involve documenting workflows, automating repeat tasks, or bringing in support where it’s needed most. For example, one client saved ten hours a month by streamlining their scheduling and follow-up process with the help of a virtual assistant.

Marketing and Sales: We focus your outreach on the platforms, strategies, and messages that truly connect with your ideal clients. This could look like narrowing down to one or two channels that are already working, building more consistency into your messaging, or tapping into your existing network in a more intentional way. For some clients, the shift has been from daily posting to a simple monthly content plan that fits how they naturally communicate.

Financial and Personal Management: We make sure you’re managing your time, energy, and money in a way that supports the life you want. This might include setting up simple tools to track revenue and expenses, reducing costs that don’t serve you, or restructuring your calendar so you have space for personal time and rest. Some clients have created enough breathing room to take Fridays off, travel more often, or spend regular time with grandkids.

Streamlining helps you reduce friction in your business so you can work with more focus and flow. It gives you the space to grow in a way that feels manageable and aligned with the life you’re building.

I’ve invested in coaching or programs before and didn’t get what I needed. How is this different?

What I offer is built on real-world experience and a proven process. This is my second successful business. Before launching Scattered to Streamlined, I ran a thriving HR consulting firm for many years, so I understand what it takes to build something sustainable from the ground up.

I guide my solo service provider clients through my proprietary Scattered to Streamlined framework, which assesses five key areas of business. What makes this work especially effective is that we begin with what’s already working and build from your strengths. From there, we simplify, systematize, and refocus your efforts on what truly drives growth. There is nothing cookie-cutter about this process.

I pride myself on ensuring we have a personalized partnership where we move at the pace of your business and your life, making strategic decisions together every step of the way.

Ways to Work With Me

Whether you want a full coaching partnership or a powerful one-time strategy session, there’s a starting point that fits your needs.

What’s the difference between your Concierge Coaching Program and a VIP Day?

Both are designed to help you grow a more profitable, sustainable business using my Scattered to Streamlined framework. The difference comes down to the level of support you’re looking for.

The VIP Day is a focused, high-impact strategy session where we look at your business through all five pillars – Products/Services, Operations, Marketing/Sales, Finances and Personal Management. It’s ideal if you want clarity, a personalized growth plan, and expert insight without committing to ongoing coaching. You’ll leave with a detailed roadmap and two months of support to jumpstart your efforts and help you take action and stay accountable.

The Concierge Coaching Program is a six to eight-month experience that combines big-picture strategy with steady, personalized support. You’ll start with a deep-dive strategy session and revisit one again midway through the program to realign and uplevel. Between those sessions, you’ll have ongoing coaching, feedback, and strategic guidance so you’re never navigating big decisions or roadblocks alone. It’s a true partnership designed to help you make consistent progress, refine as you go, and stay focused on the goals that matter most.

What is the Profitability Planning Intensive?

The Profitability Planning Intensive (PPI) is my quarterly group coaching experience designed to help solo business owners prepare for the upcoming quarter with focus and intention.

Offered at the end of each quarter, the PPI brings together a small group of business owners to work through my Scattered to Streamlined framework as it applies to quarterly planning. We review your goals, streamline priorities, and build a realistic, aligned 90-day action plan – all in one focused half-day session.

This is my only pure group coaching program and it offers the best of both worlds: strategic guidance, peer collaboration, and a dedicated window of time to step back from the day-to-day and plan like the CEO of your business. It’s also included as a bonus in all of my 1:1 coaching packages, providing additional structure, accountability, and community throughout the coaching experience.

Whether you’re new to my work or returning after one-on-one coaching, the PPI is a powerful way to reset your focus, clarify your next steps, and enter the next quarter with a plan you actually want to follow.

Do you offer one-off sessions or smaller packages?

Yes. The Streamlined Strategy Session is a 90-minute session designed for solo business owners who need focused support, a clear direction, and a solid plan they can start implementing right away.

Before we meet, you’ll complete a short questionnaire that helps us pinpoint what’s working and what needs attention. We’ll use a streamlined version of my Scattered to Streamlined framework to identify the top areas holding you back, and then dive into the priorities that will create the biggest shift.

You’ll walk away with a personalized 3-month action plan and one month of follow-up support to help you stay on track and keep the momentum going.

This is a great option if you want targeted guidance without committing to ongoing coaching or if you want to get a feel for what it’s like to work together before diving into a longer-term program.

I’m interested but not sure which offer is right for me. What should I do?

Start by booking a free consultation call. We’ll talk through what’s happening in your business and what kind of support would be most helpful. You’ll leave with more clarity and a recommendation that fits your goals and pace.

What happens after our work together ends?

By the time we wrap up, you’ll have a more streamlined, focused business and a stronger foundation for growth. You’ll also have clear systems, tools, and decision-making habits that continue to support you long after our work is done.

Many clients find they want continued support as they implement new strategies, take on bigger goals, or navigate new stages of business. That’s why I offer an ongoing option called the Continued Success Program. The CSP is a flexible coaching and accountability experience designed for clients who’ve already done the foundational work and want ongoing guidance without starting from scratch.

We’ll talk near the end of our work about whether ongoing support makes sense and, if so, what it could look like. You’ll never be pushed to continue, but you will always have the option to stay supported as your business evolves.

Final Steps

If you’ve read this far, chances are you’re ready for more income, more ease, and more control over your time.
