March 1 – Officially on the home stretch of Q1, 2021, with one month left to complete what you planned for the first quarter of the year! I know you wanted to kick off your entire 2021 in the best way possible so let’s check in –

How are you feeling? Accomplished? Proud? Hopeful? Unsure? Disappointed? Frustrated?

Regardless of the feeling (and especially if you’re on the bummer side of the feeling scale), now is the time to do a Q1 assessment to ensure you end the quarter and transition to Q2 on a high note.

Here are a few key questions to help you assess Q1 so far and prepare yourself for a solid and successful end to the Quarter –

  1. What are you most proud of having accomplished so far in the quarter? Celebrate this and feel the high of the accomplishment. 🎊 Too frequently we focus on the negative and forget to give ourselves kudos on the positive.
  • What have you been doing in the first part of the Quarter that has fed your confidence? 💪 Yay you!! Keep this going. It means you have been pushing the limits of your comfort zone – always a good thing.
  • What challenge has led to your biggest Aha of the year so far? For the remainder of the quarter, keep committed to results of that Aha.
  • How do you want to be able to respond to Question 1 at the end of March? There is your focus for the month. 🔍 Chunk it down and make it happen.

Assessing the past and planning for the future work best for a business when they occur throughout the year and not just at the beginning!
