Stop guessing which marketing is
actually bringing you clients.
Your end of year clients are being found right now, and the work you do in the next 90 days makes all the difference. Most solo professionals head in doing a little of everything, unsure what’s truly having an impact, and spread so thin that nothing gets the repetition it needs to produce results. You already have evidence about what works for your business. We’re going to find it and build your next 90 days around it.
Focused
Know exactly where to focus your marketing time.
Two to three activities, identified and chosen for YOUR business. Everything else comes off your plate for the next 90 days.
Confident
Stop wondering whether you picked the right thing.
Your mix comes out of your own results and your own capacity, so you can commit to it without second-guessing every marketing idea that crosses your feed.
Consistent
Head into fall with a plan you can keep running.
A mix small enough to keep going through a busy Q4. That is when marketing starts to pay off.
= a marketing mix you can carry all the way into winter.
Why this workshop
Here’s what I see in nearly every solo practice I sit down with. You are good at what you do and you have a client list that proves it. And somewhere along the way your marketing turned into a long list of things you feel vaguely guilty about.
A newsletter your list hasn’t heard from since spring. A LinkedIn account you post to in bursts. A networking group you keep meaning to get back to. A referral partner you owe a coffee. Every one of those can work. There is simply more of them than one person can do well, so all of them get done at a volume too low to produce anything.
The fix is smaller than people expect. Two to three activities, chosen on purpose, done consistently enough to generate impressive results. That’s what we’ll build together.
Work should support your life, not consume it.
